On Wednesday April 26 I sat down to start reading about Ludwig Wittgenstein, and found out that it was his birthday. And today, the anniversary of his passing.
I had a particularly strange dream two nights ago.
Standing in my room, I saw someone near the shelves that my CDs are on. I knew that it was my reflection. But unlike your everyday in-a-window-or-a-mirror reflection, she didn't mimic my moves. She did what she wanted to do, and even said what she wanted to say. I stood there having a conversation with her, little of which I can remember. But I do recall saying something like, "Yeah, you're pretty small. No wonder people always say I'm small." And she agreed. (Maybe I have deep-down shortness/littleness issues!) In my dream I started wondering what split personality disorder was, and whether it would feel anything like all of this. We went upstairs, and mum and dad were in the loungeroom. I wondered whether they would be able to see/hear my 'reflection'. When I told them about her, they thought I was talking nonsense. For some reason, the 'reflection' now had blonde hair, and then later on, was about a foot taller than me too.
Anyway, I'm going to do my philosophy homework and bake some cookies...

Let the psychoanalysis begin!
I dont think that dream is too unusual. But remember who is saying that!:)
Yeah, maybe not too unusual.
It left a strange feeling when I woke up though.
I think I'm content with being short, but maybe there is actually something lurking beneath the conscious stuff.
If you want to know more about split or multiple personality disorder- I did a semi- thesis on it and know several people who have it
